Berwick Lodge wedding disco, Bristol 9th November 2012

So here I was for the first time at Berwick Lodge near Bristol's Cribbs Causeway, and very nice it was too. The wedding reception disco was in the Mews and not the main building, but it was really nice all the same and had a lovely intimate feeling.

The bride was a big Shakin Stevens fan so I knew I had to play a fair bit of him and as there were about a dozen guests under 16 there were lots of requests for current chart songs. So the night was an interesting mixture of keeping the younger ones entertained with dance music and mixing this together with some classsics.
